ABSTRACT
The unit transmission of Gardu lnduk is an executor unit that distribution electrical power. The occupational accident ever happened at Gl. Cempaka because of induction electrical power. The objection of this research was to observe the aplying accopational safety and health managemenf sysfem and employee's characteristics. This research was an observational study with 16 employee as subject of research at cherishing and operational division. The result of this research showed that the applied of occupational safety and health management system according to the supervisor like commitment and policy, planning, execution, and observation occupational safety and health was included in very good category, but the evaluation was included in enough catagory. The conclusion of this research was the occupational safety and health management system at PT PLN GI. Cempaka has applied in all aspect even though the evaluation still included in enough catagory.
