HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN KEJENUHAN KERJA (BURNOUT) PADA PERAWAT Studi Observasional pada perawat unit IGD dan ICU di RSUD Banjarbaru Tahun 2013

Abstract

Nurses in performing their role and function required to have skill, knowledge, and high concentration. Part IGD and ICU is workload pressure higher than the other parts because it requires urgent action, accurate and precise, if the cause of negligence will cause death in patients. Research purposes to determine the correlation job satisfaction and workload unit with burnout nurses in IGD and ICU RSUD Banjarbaru 2013 . This study uses observasioanl analytic cross sectional. The study population is a nurse in unit IGD and ICU RSUD Banjarbaru with 32 responden. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire. The results showed number of nurses who have burnout is 15 nurses (46.87%), were satisfied is 14 nurses (43.75%), light workload is 10 nurses (31.35%) and heavy workload is15 nurses (68.75%.). The results showed p-value of 0.004 on job satisfaction and p-value of 0.007 on the workload. Results of statistical tests the p-value <0.05, which means there is a correlation between job satisfaction and workload with the occurrence of burnout nurses in unit IGD and ICU RSUD Banjarbaru 2013. Therefore need to defending good cooperation between colleagues, defending a healthy lifestyle like eating the foods of AKG, sports, and rest enough.
